I’m Emily Benedetto, the proud owner of Silver Lining Marketing. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I have always had a passion for helping people, which led me to build my medical school resume in pursuit of having my own practice as a family physician. I received my undergraduate degree in biology from Louisiana State University in 2020, and I have since been broadening my professional horizons through Silver Lining Marketing.

In the sales and marketing field for a little over a year, I have gained several professional skills and worked with amazing people who have inspired me to go above and beyond in pursuit of my goals.

Starting in a small conference room of shared office space in the heart of New Orleans,  Silver Lining Marketing has grown significantly, now filling the rooms in our own office in Metairie. In the process of building the business from the ground up, everyone on the team has significantly grown personally and professionally.

Pouring into people is my passion. The most rewarding part of owning my own business is watching my team grow and develop and become more successful by the day.

Why I’ve been successful

As an individual, my philosophy is to stay committed to your decisions but be flexible in your approach. Anyone can be successful if they have a strong work ethic, a student mentality, and a positive attitude.

Growing up as an Italian-American, I am expected to adhere to three main things. Never miss a Christmas Eve gathering. Tasks should be done without prompting, and refusing to work at the family business was never an option. Over the years, these expectations molded my character. They have taught me the importance of a good work ethic and strong leadership, driving my desire to become a successful business owner.

Watching my team flourish on their own has indeed given me immense satisfaction.

During my downtime

When I am not at work, I love to work out, spend time with my friends and family, and try different restaurants in New Orleans.
